I earned my medical degree from the Medical Academy in Krakow (now again Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University), Poland in 1978. My training requirements were fulfilled at the Medical Academy in Poland, Swedish Covenant Hospital and Columbus Hospital in Chicago. I am board certified in Family Practice.
I have been a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians since 1986, and a fellow of this organization since 1997, president and vice-president of The Polish-American Medical Society 1993-2001, as well as a member of the American Academy of Physicians’ Specialists, and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I am also board certified in family practice.
I am also a recipient of both 2011 and 2010 People’s Choice, and 2003 Physician of the Year awards.
